Coaches add athletes through the club dashboard and send invites via email. Athletes accept, set up their profile, and immediately see their squads, training blocks, and habits. The whole process takes about 2 minutes per athlete. We can also help with bulk imports if you're onboarding a larger group.
Nope. ARO focuses on readiness, training load, and habit clarity—not scheduling or team chat. Most clubs keep their existing messaging or calendar tools and use ARO alongside them. That said, a lot of teams find they can simplify once ARO handles the performance side of things.

We've built ARO to align with modern safeguarding expectations, so clubs can meet their duty of care while athletes and parents feel confident their information is handled properly.
Absolutely. The Individual plan gives you everything you need—daily check-ins, training load tracking, habits, XP, streaks, and micro-learning—whether or not your club has adopted ARO. Your data stays yours, and if your club joins later, you can connect your existing profile.
